Service Desk Analyst

We have multiple service desk analyst positions open to join a mid sized Government Department. These roles will support the whole department in all level 12 ICT incidents and issues. You will work with a great team, learn and develop your skill set and gain valuable experience. The role will be offered as a long term contract with extensions highly likely for the right people.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have support/help desk experience
  • Experience in an enterprise service desk role
  • Understanding of ITIL process
  • Baseline clearance
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Understanding of Microsoft professional products
  • Great communication and customer service skills

Successful applicants will learn from a highly skilled a collaborative team/managers, whilst being encouraged to develop skills associated with the role. You will be exposed to a broad range of technologies across service desk, desktop, mobile devices and hardware. You will be encouraged to push your skills to resolve and support the entire department as needed and to make sure you personally grow from your time in this role.
