Our Federal Gov client is seeking an eager Service Desk Analyst to join their team until EOFY!

Your new role
Your day to day will involve responding to and resolving any ICT support queries, request and complaints from internal and external users via phone, email and in-person. In addition, you will be required to

  • log, maintain & manage requests
  • troubleshooting
  • incident escalation
  • account creations, password resets
  • limited onsite support

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have

  • Minimum 12 months in Service Desk
  • Experience with Active Directory, MS Office, Windows OS
  • Strong user focus

** Australian Citizenship required for consideration. Negative Vetting 1 Clearance is preferred.
