Your new role

Within your new position you will help support Hays APAC, with majority of your support being remote. The Perth office houses roughly 90 consultants, for which there will be times you will support face to face.

• Provide support for all company computer system issues and requests and resolve or escalate as per the Service Desk escalation process
• Liaise with users regarding their day to day technical problems and provide support to these users
• Log all incidents and service requests received via telephone, email or in person in a timely manner
• Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
• Follow the Service Desk documentation and processes and highlight any inconsistencies to management
• Perform general support duties to cover absences within the IT&T team or as directed
• Provide assistance in relation to hardware and software testing if required
• Amend Service Desk documentation as appropriate in consultation with the Service Desk Manager
• Perform additional IT support duties as directed

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will hold the following technical experience –

• Windows 7/10, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, LAN, WAN, Application support.
• Bi-lingual: Fluent in English and Mandarin

This role is extremely customer service focused therefore you must have exceptional communication skills and great attention to detail.
