A highly regarded mid-sized Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced and skilled CRM Solutions Developer to provide technical services to the development, delivery and support of bespoke applications in the Department. A CRM Solutions Developer with experience working with React would be highly desired.
Deliverable
Reporting to Section Head Development Operations the specified personnel must undertake the following tasks:
- Build high quality code packages, primarily enhancements to existing systems;
- Design and conduct unit testing of code packages;
- Produce technical specifications for code packages;
- Work to deadlines, monitor and report progress;
- Work co-cooperatively and collaboratively with the (ITB) team, as well as other stakeholders within CASA; and
- Other related tasks as requested by the Section Head Development Operations
Mandatory
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM 2015/2016 and Dynamics 365;
- Extensive experience in developing Dynamics solutions with custom workflows, plug-in creation and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors;
- Experience in integrating Dynamics CRM with other line of business applications, legacy systems via 3rd party framework;
- Experience with configuring and customising Dynamics Portal;
- Experience with advanced web development technologies like REACT, REST, JSON, OData, JQuery;
- Experience in integrating and consuming Azure Active Directory and B2C services; and
- Good communication skills including, demonstrated technical writing skills and demonstrated ability to interpret functional requirements and communicate complex technical information to non-technical people.
