The Opportunity
- On behalf of our client, with a prominent software company., we invite candidates the opportunity to work as a Support Analyst.
- As a Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact for stakeholders seeking assistance and assisting with any new enquiries that come through
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
- Designing new computer systems and frameworks
- Troubleshooting technical issues
The Role
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Perform user administration duties
- Logging and processing support calls
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Your Experience, Key Attributes & Selection Criteria
- 5 years’ experience or more is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred. Recognised Industry Qualifications may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
- Easily Interprets specifications
- Good problem-solving skills
- Skilled in building technical designs and flow charts
- Experience in building, maintaining and modifying websites and relevant web applications
- Constructs technical specifications from a business functional model
- Knowledgeable in tests and writes technical documentation
- Team player
