Support Analyst

The Opportunity

  • On behalf of our client, with a prominent software company., we invite candidates the opportunity to work as a Support Analyst.
  • As a Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact for stakeholders seeking assistance and assisting with any new enquiries that come through
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
  • Designing new computer systems and frameworks
  • Troubleshooting technical issues

The Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
  • Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Perform user administration duties
  • Logging and processing support calls
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades

Your Experience, Key Attributes & Selection Criteria

  • 5 years’ experience or more is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred. Recognised Industry Qualifications may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
  • Easily Interprets specifications
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in building technical designs and flow charts
  • Experience in building, maintaining and modifying websites and relevant web applications
  • Constructs technical specifications from a business functional model
  • Knowledgeable in tests and writes technical documentation
  • Team player
