The role

  • Incident classification and logging
  • Remote user support
  • Incident ownership and escalation
  • Liaise with vendors and other third parties to arrange repair of faulty equipment or service
  • Application support
  • Desktop and Laptop builds
  • Server hardware builds
  • Ensure response and resolution targets are met

About you

  • Australian Citizen
  • Ability to obtain working with children check, if required
  • Friendly and approachable, enjoy helping others
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Proactive, reliable and motivated
  • Effective team player
  • Good problem solver
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies
