We have a position with a Federal Government client that you won't find every day. This is a contract role working across projects and operations with Cloud (Azure/AWS), Hyper-converged (Nutanix) and core infrastructure (Windows/VMware). This role will allow you to learn and develop new skills whilst adding value through your existing experience. You will work with high calibre technology enthusiasts on large and complex environment which is currently being improved and uplifted through a number of projects.

The right person will be someone who has worked within a federal government department and is happy to wear a few "hats". The desired skill set is in Azure or AWS admin and implementation, Windows, VMware, Linux, Storage and Backup technologies. You don't have to be an SME or have even worked with all the mentioned technologies but you will be driven to learn and be able to quickly implement the skills you pick up into the work you do. Ideally you have completed design and deploy work for projects in the infrastructure space and are able to demonstrate this experience.

For the successful applicant you will be given a long term contract at an attractive hourly rate. You will learn and grow your skills whilst also bringing your knowledge to the team to help improve and manage the infrastructure/cloud space. You will enjoy working with some very intelligent technologist and find that the department is on a drive to better their ICT space.
