A successful and growing organisation providing professional services, this role will be specifically focused on the IT Support and Services arm of the business. The business has been experiencing strong growth over the last few years due to their diligence in customer service and service excellence. With over 100 staff in SA and growing, they invest in the growth and development of their people via leadership training programs. Professional and friendly work culture and a good variety of work and projects to keep you challenged and engaged.

ROLE
This role is primarily focused on growing the business via strategic account management and new business development activities. It’s 80% client management and 20% tech solutions and implementation.
We are looking for someone with a technical background and strong client relationship management experience. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships, particularly at the C-level and constantly looking for ways to add value to those businesses. You will be responsible for preparing presentations, proposals, quotes and tender responses
Ideally looking for someone who is capable of proactively managing clients. From the research of each client’s particular IT service needs to solution and service proposals through to account plans and delivery management. You will work with internal team on the effective execution of those plans. You will have the support of a smart and motivated team to deliver these outcomes.

YOU

• Proven ability to develop new business using existing and new channels
• Strong and persuasive communicator and team player, confident presenting to C-level
• A service mindset and ability to effectively manage and resolve any customer queries and/or complaints
• Technical mindset with a thorough understanding of the IT Support Industry & Client needs
• Experience coaching, mentoring and upskilling other team members
