Tech PM required to migrate this online gaming client to cloud based telephony (AWS Platform)
Your new company
You will be joining one of Australia's top gambling organisations based in the heart of Melbourne CBD. This position sits within the Wagering stream with an overall objective of mitigating the risk of a single point of failure and technology that is no longer supported.
Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of the project. This initiative will evaluate and migrate to a cloud based solution for interactive voice recognition (IVR) and natural language speech recognition for this organisation's contact centres.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a technology Project Manager with high capability in delivery, someone who can really get the job done. You will have prior experience handling cloud migration/AWS/Contact Centre projects and be effective in managing technical resources to deliver on time and budget. Flexibility of process and adaptability is key to dealing with changing priorities and managing the expectations of business stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
6 month initial contract with likelihood of extension. Daily rate flexible depending on experience within the range of $750-$900 per day depending on relevant experience.
